Today I decided to do a brief post on P90x popularity.

The first thing I would like to talk about is the Google trends graph.  You can find this graph by clicking here

In case you don’t know, Google trends is a tool Google provides that allows you to see the volume of searches on google a specific topic gets.  As you can see since its introduction onto the graph at the end of 2006 P90x has had a fairly steady growth.  The last couple years it seems to die off during the summer, and make a big comeback right around Christmas and new years.  Everyone must be eating way too much good food with family over the holidays and then finally decides to do something about it.  It is interesting to see how much the search traffic for P90x drops during the summer, hopefully that means people are getting their execise outdoors, and possibly even exploring some of our national parks, my personal favoriate is Yellowstone

Next I would like to talk about the search volume of P90x.  I am getting all of these number from Market Samurai (which is in my opinion by far the best keyword research tool)

Each one of these terms is how many times they are searched ON GOOGLE ALONE, and PER DAY.

First off, I could not believe that there are over 60,000 people that are searching for P90x on google alone every single day!  There are also a lot of people who are typing px90 everyday, Its crazy that over 3500 people every day are mis-typing p90x.  Every is finally realizing how great p90x truly works and is jumping on the bandwagon.  If you ask me its about time American starts loosing their fat!  If you are interested and want to get p90x, get it here: p90x buy

In case you haven’t seen the previews Ashton Kutcher really managed to get ripped for his upcoming action-packed romantic comedy “Killers”.  He looks much stronger than I have ever seen him before.

In a conferance Ashton said:

“My stunt guy went to the hospital twice for jumping through glass. I did jump off a boat and I did most of the fight stuff. I bought one of those DVDs off the TV — those exercise tapes. And I put it in and watched it and got in shape. I did some fight training. I learned Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and Kali, which is a Filipino knife fighting.”

Hello and welcome to the home of my new p90x blog!  This will be a great place for anyone who is just hearing about P90x and wanting to learn more, as well as the p90x expert looking for some great tips, or tasty and excellent meals that go along with the diet.  I have been using P90x for about 6 months off and on (I know, I know, I need to stick to it completely, but sometimes life just gets in the way) and I have had WAY better than expected results, despite my less than perfect track record.  I hope that I can help all of you benefit from my mistakes, and pass along all of the great tips I learned myself, as well as from the countless hours I spent reading other P90x blogs and resources.
